The 4th workshop on new institutionalism in organization theory will take place in spring 2008. The aim of the workshop is to bring together academics from various disciplines who are interested in further developing theoretical and/or empirical research based on institutional theory. The workshop will take place at the University of Bergamo, Italy. (Many cheap airlines fly to Bergamo).

In order to capture as wide a picture of institutional research as possible, the call for papers for this 4th workshop does not have a narrow thematic, methodological or conceptual focus. In keeping with the network idea, the purpose of the workshop is to encourage cooperation, particularly between different disciplines. Completed projects, work in progress and planned projects can be presented at the workshop, which is aimed both at experienced and younger academics.
